We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If an item is defective, please call or email us to make arrangements for replacement or refund.  If a product does not meet your expectations, call or email us for complete resolution.  If you have simply changed your mind, items may be returned unused and in their original package for their purchase price, less 15% restocking fee, within 10 days of purchase. 
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
